A tiny leaf from a Psalter-Hours (Precursor to a Book of Hours), personal devotional book in Latin.  Written in a single column of 17 lines, in a Gothic script in a brown ink with 4 two-line initials in gold leaf on a ground of blue and burgundy with white tracery.  The text is a series of prayers.  3 tiny marginal scribbles.  Size: 4 1/2 x 3 1/8 inches.
